- 3 / 5By Steve SadlerAs you will see in many of the reviews Waldorf has had issues with service. My wife and I have had an on again off again love affair with the place. Overall I have enjoyed the food. Sometimes really good sometimes average. The service can vary from poor to pretty good. The beer is good (Hoppnoxiious IPA!). It's theirs to lose. If the Waldorf would just commit to providing good service they would do well. A sign that is posted on the bar sums up the service... it says: Service may vary depending on your attitude and my mood.August 06, 2016
